Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The opening or operation of duplicate Accounts by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances, bonuses or winnings.

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. qk777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must:

• Select a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your Account after each session on shared or public devices;
• Notify qk777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

qk777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

6.1 Deposits. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts belonging to family members, friends or any other individual — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and refund of the deposited amount.

Payment method names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are used as familiar references for Pakistani users only. qk777 does not represent that these providers endorse, facilitate or support gambling transactions. Users must independently review the terms of their chosen payment provider before transacting.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits, applicable fees and supported payment methods are subject to change and are governed by the limits published in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before a withdrawal will be processed;
• The withdrawal method must correspond to the name registered on the Account;
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonus must be satisfied prior to withdrawal;

For sports betting markets, the following general rules apply:

All bets once confirmed are final. qk777 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed wagers except where expressly permitted under the Platform's published cash-out or bet-edit features, where available.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account;

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately; increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qk777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude qk777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. qk777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness or fitness for purpose of any content or service on the Platform.

13.1 Termination by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting qk777 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding real money balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and verification requirements.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by qk777. qk777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your Account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion or other financial crime;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification;
• Discovery that you do not meet eligibility requirements, including age requirements;
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request;
• Ongoing responsible gambling concerns or at the User's own request (self-exclusion).

Where an Account is terminated due to a breach by the User, any real money balance or bonus funds may be forfeited at qk777's discretion consistent with applicable law. Where termination is effected by qk777 for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to User misconduct, verified real money balances will be returned to the User via the original deposit method.

qk777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, qk777 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users through the Platform or by email communication to the address registered on your Account.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised review date. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of material changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
